I’ve been meaning to write this blog post for a while, but just haven’t gotten around to it. This week, I’m happy to report that I have reached an agreement with my online friend and friend of mine, J.D. The deal we struck is to share 5 of the top internet reviews of the year in one post.
Okay, so Im going to have to give a bit of back story here. I have been writing this blog for about ten years now, and I have a large list of reviews I write and share. I use a lot of the same types of websites when I share the reviews: Amazon, G+, iTunes, Google+, B&N, and Yelp. My reviews are very honest, and I never give a fake review just to get my name on the site.
In this post, we’ll be using two different kinds of websites for reviews, one for reviews by people who like us (I’m not saying it’s better to list them all here) and one for reviews by people who want me to make some real reviews on them.
I also have to say that my reviews are not all as bad as they seem. There are some reviews that actually make me laugh and think, “What the hell?” But when I read the reviews by people who really care, they don’t make me feel sad about the fact that I’ve never been able to read one of these reviews and the fact that I must have missed them.
One of the cool things about internet review sites like the ones Im talking about is that they are very quick to review titles by users who really like the game, and then by users who just want a quick way to rate a title. That is, I find the reviews that are posted by people who are looking for a quick way to rate a game and are really interested in the game, to be of much more quality than reviews for games that are simply “fun”.
In the case of hargray, it’s a bit of a personal bias, but I think that’s really one of the best thing about it. A lot of people who come to hargray are game developers looking for reviews by users who are interested in the game, plus a lot of the reviews are posted by people using this site on their computers.
If you ask me, this is the best thing about hargray. It gives you a place that you can go to go to ask about a game, plus you get a set of reviews that you can use as a guide, rather than just a random bunch of reviews. It also helps you with the process of determining what a game is actually really good at, and if a game is good at something it’s important to find out what it is that the game is good at.
I’ll let you guys figure it out later, but I’ll try my best to give you some feedback in a few minutes.
Now that we’ve got a bunch extra characters, we’re going to give you a brief review of our new game. You can play it on your PC on the Homebrew system (this is a game for a PC only) or on a Mac or Mac mini.
The game is being made on the Mac. And if you are a Mac person, you can play it on the Homebrew system. The PC version will be coming soon so be sure to keep an eye out for that.
